A village with older houses, newer infill and the A1 nearby, South Muskham has small businesses and yards where the river and fields meet the road.
Businesses in South Muskham sit between the Trent, farmland and the A1, and that mix produces particular pressures. Yards used by vehicles, storage containers and pallets suit rodents, and roadside premises can see insects arriving with goods and traffic. In the village itself, older houses with outbuildings stand beside newer infill, so a small business may share walls, hedges and bins with several households.
We offer a free survey and a free written inspection report for village and roadside businesses alike. We look at storage, yards, buildings and the margins where gardens or fields meet the property. Where it is useful, we then agree regular visits, scheduled around your working days rather than ours. Tell us how vehicles and stock move around the yard, and we will check where pallets and containers sit against fences.
Yes, because stacked pallets, containers and stored materials all offer cover. The survey looks at how things are stored and where gaps lie, and the written report suggests simple changes as well as treatment. Small changes help.
Appointments to suit are available, including same day visits where we can. Tell us what has been seen and where, and we will arrange the earliest sensible time for you. Please give us as much detail as you can.
