Older houses beside newer infill, close to the Trent and the A1, give rats several routes into South Muskham homes. We trace them and treat the source.
South Muskham combines older houses with newer homes squeezed into gaps between them, and the river is never far. That mix creates narrow alleys, shared boundaries and awkward corners where waste and clutter can build up unseen. Rats follow the river and field edges, then find a garden with an easy meal. Infill properties often back onto older plots, so one gap in a wall can serve several homes.
We survey the property and its boundaries, then choose baiting or trapping to suit the setting. Free advice follows on proofing, bin storage and garden tidiness. Because fixed cost pricing applies and there is no call-out charge, you can book a survey and decide what to do with a clear picture. Same day visits are available.
