A large market town with older centre property, many estates and woodland nearby. We deal with the pests of Mansfield in homes and businesses.
Mansfield is a big market town with a brewing and mining past, and it has older town-centre property alongside many estates. Woodland and green spaces close by bring squirrels onto roofs, while the older buildings and food outlets in the centre give rats and mice a ready supply of shelter and waste. Cellars, kitchens and bin stores deserve extra attention in pubs and food premises, because they offer warmth, water and food all in one place.
Whether it is a pub cellar, a terrace loft or a semi on an estate, we find the cause, treat it and explain the proofing needed. Commercial customers can also ask for a free survey and written inspection report, and we are BPCA members. Where trees overhang roofs, squirrels can reach lofts and chew cables, so branches and roof gaps both need attention after the treatment.
We deal with commercial premises, including cafes, restaurants and public houses. Our commercial division offers free surveys and a written inspection report. Remove food and waste, keep records of what you notice and call promptly, because prolonged infestations can lead to damage and may affect hygiene standards at work.
Grey squirrels nest in lofts and chew cables, wood and insulation. They are sensible dealt with promptly and the entry point closed afterwards. Gnawing, droppings and noises in the roof are the usual signs. Ceilings that look stained or insulation that has been moved may also point to squirrels.
No. There are no call-out charges, and prices are fixed so you know what you are paying before we arrive.
Cockroaches are rarely seen first. Droppings, an odd smell and a single insect in the corner at midnight usually mean many more are hiding behind the units.
