Riverside land and farmland surround this Trent village, so village businesses see rats and mice come in from the bank, the fields and the cottage gardens.
Farndon mixes older cottages with newer homes, and the Trent bank and farmland lie on its doorstep. A village pub, shop or small business here shares its surroundings with gardens, outbuildings and water. In flood-prone years rodents may be displaced from the bank toward buildings, and in autumn the same happens when harvest ends and fields are cleared. Premises with outdoor storage are especially exposed.
We offer a free survey and a free written inspection report, visiting by appointment. The report looks at the building, outbuildings, bins and the riverside and field edges, and suggests a visit pattern based on what we find. Same day visits are possible if you have an urgent sighting, and everything is recorded for your files. We also check hedges and bank margins along the boundary.
It can disturb rodents on a riverbank and send them toward higher ground, which may include buildings. We cannot predict that, but a survey shows how exposed your site is and what to proof. Boundary checks matter.
Pubs, shops, offices, farm and holiday businesses, and small units. The survey tailors itself to the premises, and the written report is clear enough to keep for any later reference. Tell us which buildings are in regular use and which are mostly empty.
