A small village by the A46 and ringed by farmland, East Stoke's rural premises face rats and mice that live right alongside the fields.
Surrounded by farmland, East Stoke has little between a business and the fields. Barns, stores, workshops and farm offices are never far from crops, straw and stored feed, which keep rodent numbers high around them. Spilled grain, open bins and warm outbuildings do the rest. For roadside premises on the A46 side, delivery vehicles and stock moving in and out can add insects and rodents arriving with goods.
We provide a free survey and a free written inspection report, with a plain account of what we found and where. The report covers barns and stores, the yard and bins, and the edges of the fields. We then agree regular visits, and we are fully insured to work around machinery and livestock areas where agreed with you in advance.
Farms combine food, shelter and surrounding fields, so new rodents keep arriving. Control works well when proofing, tidy storage and regular checks are combined, rather than relying on a one-time treatment. Proofing makes the biggest difference.
We discuss where animals are kept and which areas need extra care before any work starts. Placement is planned to suit your site, and we explain what will be done and where. We explain every placement to you.

In a village surrounded by farmland, a wasp nest might sit in a hedge bank, an outbuilding or the soffit. Whether it needs treatment depends on where it is.
