Between town housing, estates and nearby open land, Broxtone offers wasps a wide choice. We treat nests in the area for a fixed £90.
Broxtone lies in the Broxtowe borough west of Nottingham, a mix of town housing, estates and nearby open land. That blend means wasps arrive from different directions: queens from the fields in spring, workers from neighbouring gardens in late summer. A nest might be in your loft, a neighbour's shed or a hedge that belongs to nobody in particular. We find the true source before treating, rather than guessing from where the wasps are seen.
The price is a fixed £90 and we visit the same day where we can. If the nest is on a neighbour's side, we can discuss how to reach them to ask for access. Keep your own windows closed during the hottest part of the day, and avoid disturbing the area where traffic is heaviest. Mention the nearest landmark if the property is hard to find.
We can still look at the flight line and advise. Treatment needs the occupier's agreement and safe access. A friendly word from you first often makes it easier. We will check how the nest can be reached and whether the neighbour should be contacted.
Queens in spring can arrive from open land looking for shelter. Whether one chooses your property depends on how many suitable cavities there are. Keeping eaves and sheds in good repair helps. A quick check each spring helps, and fixing any gaps found removes the easy openings.
A wasp nest treatment is a fixed cost of £90. There is no call-out charge.

Cockroaches are rarely a single sighting. By the time one runs across the floor in the light, there is usually a group hiding in warm gaps nearby.
Read the advice →For a cafe, restaurant or pub, a single sighting can mean a bad review or a visit from environmental health. A planned approach keeps small problems small.
