Across the Broxtowe borough area west of Nottingham, squirrels use lofts of every age. We find the entry, deal with the problem and advise on proofing.
West of Nottingham, the Broxtone area of Broxtowe borough mixes town housing and estates with open land nearby. That variety matters, because the cause of a squirrel problem differs between a tidy estate semi and a house at the edge of fields. On an estate it is typically a worn fascia or soffit. Near open land, there may be a clear tree route that squirrels use. The first sign for many people is daytime scratching.
We survey the loft and the roof edges, find which routes are used and carry out treatment lawfully. After that you receive free advice on proofing and on garden measures. There is no call-out charge, and our prices are fixed. If you are not sure whether your noise is squirrels, rats or mice, the survey will tell you which, and what comes next.

Squirrels are usually heard by day, around dawn and dusk. Rats and mice are more often active at night. Droppings, gnawing and nest material can also help, and a survey confirms it.
