Beeston has terraces, inter-war streets and a large student population. We treat wasp nests here for a fixed £90, and return if one stays active.
Beeston is a town of Victorian terraces and inter-war housing, with many rented student homes. In terraces, nests turn up in lofts and under eaves; in inter-war houses, bay-window roofs and porches are popular too. Student houses may have no one in the loft for months. A tenant who spots wasps in a bedroom should tell the landlord quickly, because a nest left until autumn is far larger than one dealt with in June.
The treatment costs a fixed £90, and if the nest is still active within 30 days we come back. We can arrange access with tenants and landlords together. Please do not try to knock a nest down or block the entry, since this tends to send wasps into the home instead. Landlords can pass on the technician's findings to tenants afterwards.
Usually the landlord or agent, though a tenant can call us to look into it. We will talk to whoever gives access. Tell us how the property can be entered. Agents often have a keyholder, so mention this when you call and we can arrange entry quickly.
As soon as you see steady traffic to one spot. Nests grow quickly in summer, and a larger nest is harder to treat. Early reports usually mean a smaller colony. Waiting also means wasps may begin to wander indoors, which is unpleasant for tenants in shared houses.
A wasp nest treatment is a fixed cost of £90. There is no call-out charge.

A mouse can squeeze through a gap about the width of a pencil. In Beeston's older terraces and student lets, that is more than enough room to move in.
