Converted villas, offices and small food businesses along and around Mansfield Road each have their own pest risks. We tailor the survey to the building.
Many Victorian villas in this part of north Nottingham have been converted into offices, surgeries and small businesses. They keep their original features, which means floorboards, chimney breasts, cellars and loft spaces that a modern building would not have. A small staff kitchen or cafe counter in such a building can attract mice, while lofts and roof spaces suit other pests. The pest risk is quiet but persistent.
Our free survey covers the whole premises, from kitchen and bin area to cellar and roof void, and the free written inspection report sets out what we saw. We then agree a visit pattern that suits an office rather than a factory: fewer visits when activity is low, more when there is a problem. There is no call-out charge. Mention any areas of the building that are shared with other occupiers.
Not always on a regular schedule. It depends on the building and what staff keep and eat there. A survey tells us whether regular checks are worth having or whether a call when something appears is enough.
We survey from inside and outside without altering the building. If proofing is needed, we explain what is practical and recommend you check with the owner or relevant authority before any change to older fabric.
Yes. Ongoing contracts help spread the costs of commercial pest control.
