Small trade units, shops and cafes between the older terraces and later housing east of the centre all need steady pest checks.
Thorneywood sits close to Sneinton, where Victorian terraces meet later housing, and the small businesses here tend to be neighbourhood shops, cafes and trade units rather than large operations. That does not make them safer. A single unit with a storeroom, a back door left ajar for deliveries and a bin by the wall is exactly what a rat or mouse looks for, and the surrounding residential streets offer constant cover nearby.
We begin with a free survey and give you a free written inspection report, so you know the position in plain terms. Then we agree ongoing visits to suit a small business . You are never asked to take on more than the premises call for. The report will tell you honestly whether regular visits are needed or whether proofing will do.
It can be, if the premises handle food or have a history of activity. The survey will tell us how exposed you are, and we can set visits at a level that suits a small business rather than pushing a larger plan.
We arrange appointments to suit, and same day visits are available. Call with a few details about what you have seen and where, and we will agree a time that works around opening. Tell us what you have seen.

Before you buy any product, find out which insect you have. The shed skins in the bottom of a drawer say far more than the holes in the jumper.
