Western estate shops and takeaways are surrounded by semi-detached homes and gardens, so rodent pressure arrives from all sides and never really stops.
Bilborough is largely semi-detached estate housing with gardens, and its few commercial premises sit right in the middle of it. A takeaway or shop here is surrounded by compost heaps, sheds, bird feeders and bins, all of which feed or shelter rodents. When a rat has plenty of food next door, it will still check the unit with a full stockroom. Good housekeeping inside is necessary but not always enough.
Our commercial division carries out a free survey and a free written inspection report, looking at both the building and the ground around it. We can then agree an ongoing visit pattern at a fixed cost, so that outside bait points and entry-point checks are kept up. Appointments are arranged to suit your hours. If you are not sure whether it is worth acting yet, the report will give you a straight answer.
We treat what affects your premises and report on the surroundings. Proofing, regular checks and good waste handling reduce what gets in, even when the source is outside your boundary. Both matter for long-term control.
It can be. Rear yards, bin areas and external walls are often where problems start, so surveys and visits normally include them. We explain what we find outside as well as inside. Tell us where you have noticed them.
Yes. Ongoing contracts help spread the costs of commercial pest control.
