Old buildings give bed bugs plenty of places to hide. We search thoroughly in Old Basford homes and treat the beds, furniture and gaps around them.
Old Basford has older Victorian terraces and former industrial premises, some of which now include flats or rooms to let. Both settings have cracks, joists and skirting that bed bugs can use. A single bedroom can hide dozens of spots, which is why shop-bought sprays often miss most of them. The only dependable way to know where they are is a careful inspection.
We look at mattress seams, bed slats, headboards, curtain rails, sockets and the edges of carpets. Then we treat what we have found and what surrounds it. Commercial customers with lets or staff accommodation are covered as well, and our commercial division offers free surveys and a free written inspection report. Prices are fixed.
Converted buildings often have extra voids and service gaps, so we inspect them closely. We cover both domestic and commercial properties and explain what we find.
Shop-bought sprays usually reach only the surfaces you can see. Bed bugs hide in many small places and can survive in untreated gaps. A professional inspection finds where they actually are.
No. Bed bugs are picked up from travel, second-hand furniture and visitors, and can appear in clean homes and hotels.
