A new-build is no barrier to bed bugs, which arrive on belongings, not through the walls. We inspect Lindhurst homes and treat the bedrooms affected.
Lindhurst is a newer residential development in the Mansfield area, mostly recently built homes. New houses have no history of infestation, but bed bugs do not need one. They come in with furniture, luggage or visitors. Families often bring a bed from a previous home, and that bed may have carried bugs with it without anyone knowing. New homes also tend to have fewer gaps, which can make a search quicker.
We inspect the bed, headboard and furniture first, then the room edges and fittings. Treatment is targeted and we explain what to wash and what to leave. Many new-build owners have never dealt with pests before, so we explain each step clearly. Our prices are fixed and we make no call-out charge.
The house does not matter. Bed bugs arrive on furniture, luggage and visitors. A previous home's furniture is a common source after a move.
Fewer gaps can help, but it depends on how widely the bugs have spread. We inspect and then explain what is needed in your case.
No. Bed bugs are picked up from travel, second-hand furniture and visitors, and can appear in clean homes and hotels.

Newly built does not mean moth-free. The holes in a cashmere scarf are made by tiny larvae, and they can arrive in a box from an older home you moved from.
