From older town-centre buildings to big modern estates, Hucknall homes can get bed bugs. We inspect, confirm and treat them carefully.
Hucknall, a former mining town in Ashfield district, has older property near the centre and large later estates around it. Older buildings, including flats above premises, give bed bugs gaps to exploit, while estate homes tend to see them centred on a bed. In either, a neighbour's problem can matter less than your own belongings, since luggage and furniture are the most common routes.
We inspect each affected bedroom and the furniture near it. Treatment covers what we find and the nearby hiding places, and we explain how to prepare. If the infestation is larger, we arrange a follow-up. We are BPCA members and our pricing is fixed, so you are given a clear picture before we begin.
Check secondhand furniture before it enters the home, keep luggage off beds and act quickly on any new bites. Wash travel clothes promptly. If bed bugs do return, early action keeps the problem small.
Usually not. Bed bugs hide in frames, nearby furniture and skirting, so treating only the mattress can leave some behind. We treat the bed and the surrounding areas.
No. Bed bugs are picked up from travel, second-hand furniture and visitors, and can appear in clean homes and hotels.

You have wormed and spot-treated the dog, yet the bites carry on. In a Hucknall house the animal is only a small part of the flea problem, and the carpets hold the rest.
