From older town-centre roofs to the large estates around Hucknall, squirrels use lofts of every kind. We survey, treat and advise on proofing.
Hucknall is a former mining town in Ashfield district, with older property near the centre and large later estates around it. Older buildings, including the terraces and commercial premises near the centre, often have weathered eaves and old chimneys. Estate houses are likelier to have failed soffits or vents. Because estates are built in blocks of similar age, a fault on one street can repeat on the next. Lord Byron may be buried at the parish church, but the squirrels are not interested.
We survey the loft and roof edges, identify entry points and carry out treatment lawfully. Our commercial division offers free surveys and a free written inspection report for shops and offices. For homes, the survey and advice are free with treatment. There is no call-out charge, and appointments can be fitted to your timetable.
