Ilkeston is over the border in Derbyshire, but we cover it. Terraces and estates both suit fleas, and we treat the carpets and furnishings that keep them going.
Although Ilkeston lies in Derbyshire in the Erewash borough, it is close enough to Nottingham for us to serve it as a matter of course. The former mining and lace town has Victorian terraces near the middle and later estates beyond. In the terraces, narrow rooms and old boards give fleas shelter. On the estates, fitted carpet and a family pet are all they need.
We look at the pet's habits, check where the bites are happening and treat the rooms linked to them. Soft furnishings, stairs and bedding are included. We explain how to wash and vacuum, and suggest you ask your vet about the pet. Fixed cost pricing is agreed before we start and there is no call-out charge, even for the drive across the county line.
Ilkeston is in Derbyshire, in the Erewash borough, just across the county line from Nottingham. We include it in our service area and treat homes there in the same way as in Nottinghamshire. There is no extra charge for the distance.
Treat pets regularly through your vet, wash their bedding hot, vacuum often and take care with second-hand furniture. If fleas do reappear, act early because numbers build up quickly in a warm house. Fleas rarely vanish by chance.
Yes. Pets should be treated as well, and your vet can advise on suitable flea treatment alongside the home treatment.
