Worksop's older town-centre buildings around the Priory, plus later housing beyond, give shops, pubs and cafes a mix of ageing structures to keep clear of pests.
In a market town like Worksop, trading premises are often older buildings with narrow frontages and long backs, quite unlike modern units. Voids behind shopfronts, shared yard walls and old cellars give mice a way along a whole terrace. Bin storage at the rear is a regular weak point, particularly where several tenants share one space. Beyond the centre, later housing brings gardens close to smaller local premises.
The survey is free, and we follow it with a free written inspection report that sets out each finding and the reasoning behind it. We can then arrange regular visits, with fixed cost pricing and appointments around your trade. Where a building has several tenants, the report can be shared, which helps everyone keep to the same standard. Mention any recent repairs.
You can still protect your own premises with proofing, tidy storage and regular checks. Pests are more likely to return if neighbours do nothing, but good control on your side reduces what reaches your stock.
It records where activity was found and what actions are recommended. If the cause lies in a shared area, the report gives you something specific to take to the landlord or managing agent. That keeps records straightforward.
