Busy city-centre kitchens, bars and shops sit on old streets and basements where pests find plenty of cover. We survey the premises, then set up regular checks.
A city-centre restaurant, bar or shop works in a tight footprint, often in an older building with cellars, shared walls and long-forgotten voids. Nottingham has plenty of those, and sandstone caves lie under parts of the city. Rodents and cockroaches use hidden routes between neighbouring units, so a problem next door can become yours. Deliveries, bins and staff coming and going add more ways in, which is why a single tidy kitchen is rarely enough on its own.
Our commercial division starts with a free survey and a free written inspection report, so you have a record of what was found, where, and what should change. From there we agree a programme of visits that fits your trading hours, including early starts or quiet afternoons. Fixed cost pricing means you know the figure before any work begins, and the report can sit alongside your own hygiene paperwork.
It depends on the building, the type of food handled and what the survey finds. A kitchen with cellar storage and shared walls may need closer checks than a small retail unit. We set the visit pattern in the written report so it matches the real risk.
We arrange appointments to suit, so visits can be scheduled before opening, between services or after closing. Tell us when staff are on site and where deliveries arrive, and we will plan access around that rather than disrupting trade.
Yes. Ongoing contracts help spread the costs of commercial pest control.

Not every wasp nest in Nottingham needs treating. Here is how to tell a nest in the roof of a Victorian terrace from one at the end of a garden.
