Detached homes, mature gardens and slopes of woodland edge make Bramcote's local businesses and care settings prone to wildlife moving in.
Bramcote's hillside gardens and mature trees give wildlife good cover, and the area's care homes, small offices and neighbourhood shops all sit within it. Squirrels run along fences and into loft spaces, mice follow cables and pipes, and wasps build in sheltered corners come summer. A building with a kitchen and a number of residents or staff has more reason than most to want a calm, documented routine for pest checks.
Our commercial division carries out a free survey and a free written inspection report, covering kitchens, lofts, outbuildings and the grounds. We take care to work around residents, patients or customers, and our staff are CRB checked. After the survey we agree a visit pattern that keeps checks regular without getting in the way of daily routines. Staff then know what to look out for.
We plan visits around residents' routines, keeping noise and disruption low, and we talk through access with the manager first. The written report then gives staff a clear record of what was found. Staff and residents are told in advance.
Mature trees and fences give squirrels easy routes to rooftops. Grey squirrels nest in lofts and chew cables, so large trees next to a building are worth noting in the survey, and we will point out likely access points.
Yes. Ongoing contracts help spread the costs of commercial pest control.
