People who travel for work can bring bed bugs home without knowing. We inspect Nuthall bedrooms and deal with what we find.
Nuthall sits close to the M1, and its post-war homes are lived in by many people who travel for work or leisure. Frequent hotel stays raise the chance of bringing bed bugs home in a suitcase or work bag. They typically begin around the bed, then spread slowly. Keeping luggage off beds and checking hotel mattress seams on arrival can help, but it is not foolproof.
If you have bites and suspect a recent trip, we can inspect your bedroom and luggage. We look at seams, slats, bedside furniture and bags, then treat where needed. Afterwards we explain how to unpack and wash after future trips. Our work is fully insured, and prices are fixed.
Unpack away from the bed, ideally on a hard floor. Wash clothes at the highest temperature the fabric allows and check the case seams. Do not store luggage under the bed.
Yes, they can hide in bags, seams and zips. If you stay in hotels often, keep your bag off the bed and inspect it. We can look at luggage during a visit.
No. Bed bugs are picked up from travel, second-hand furniture and visitors, and can appear in clean homes and hotels.

You have treated the cat and the bites carry on. That is because most of a flea problem is not on the animal at all, it is in the carpets and bedding.
